2. Material Feature of Single screw big power industrial meat grinder:
· Main Body: Body shell, hopper and rear door is 3mm SUS304
· Electrical Box:2mm SUS304,Outlet safety cover is 3mm SUS304.
· Bottom U shape hopper is 4mm SUS304, front and rear support is 10mm SUS304(Whole welding).
· Frozen meat auger; frozen meat auger housing; fresh meat auger; fresh meat auger housing; knife housing; clamp; locker cap; spacer ring; guiding shaft housing; flange of rear gear box is SUS304.
· Internal support parts including 60*30*4 cube tube SUS304.
· Knife shaft; hole plate and knife is special heat treatment stainless steel.
· Scored pulley is globe standard B type 4 channel casting iron.
· C250 meat grinder can mincer for -12 degree meat and fresh meat.
· C250 can setting by single cut (need spacer ring) or dual cut. (See Below Photo)
· All contactor is Siemens or Schneider, all relay is Omron, all button is Schneider.
· Safety device: standard outlet safety cover, upper hopper safety fence, rear door safety device.
