Function and Working Principle

1.The meat will be massaged, threshed and held by rotating paddle under forced circulation and be processed under vacuum and natural pressure condition alternately and that will accelerate the brine infiltration and the dissolving and extraction of parapeptone. By this method, the product ratio will be improved.

  1. Vacuum tumbler is sued for pork ,beef meat , chicken, fish etc meat marinating ,massaging ,kneading, can make the meat absorb food spices water fully. Then can make the product much more tender and tasteful.
  2.   2.1  Continuously variable speed by inverter and the start is stable. The operation speed can  be   adjusted within the range of 4-12 rpm. It suits many kind of processing condition.

  2.2  Control positive rotations, inversion rotation speed , intermission, charge air, rotation rate, vacuum and atmospheric pressure according to customer’s requirement and could realize independent assortment. Adopt PLC, soft startups; touch screen control that can store 100 formulations.You can set the parameters, the vacuum time, speed, positive and reserve rotation times, total time can be set on the touch screen.

  1. Using breathing tumbling that makes the raw meat be processed under vacuum and natural pressure condition alternately and processing time will be shortened effectively.
  2. Vacuum suction system assisting for the loading. Over 1000L have this function.

   Vacuum intake. Meat output in inverse rotation.

   Bigger intake hole can put in powder or other additives easily.

  1. There is a hole designed in the middle of the drum especially for cleaning and drain, which will enable the drum be cleaned completely.
  2. It is made of high quality stainless steel and the component adopted for electrical controlling and vacuum controlling are world-famous brand, which are reliable and durable.
  3. Propeller is designed distinctively, positive rotation for rolling, kneading and knocking, inversion for massaging.
