1. Introduction

   *The machine is adopt good degree SUS304 steel. Strong and stable. Simple structure and easy operation; easily clean;easy for dis-assembly and assembly.

   * It can used for deboning chicken skeleton, half of chicken skeleton, chicken neck, meat with bone,whole chicken, duck skeleton, etc.

   * it separate the meat and bone once, it can save labor, place and material. It can separate for low temperature material and freezing separate (best temperature is -5 Celsius to 0 Celsius.)

Product yield is 65%-90% (depend on the material for the true yield)

* The paste meat after separation is good for color and can most of add in the product; the bone Dregs is less percent(0.06%-0.08%); good taste;

Less damage to meat structure and tissue; improve the product level.

From separate to use for production, keep 0 Celsius even less. Bacteria are not easy to reproduce and meat is not oxidize.

* it is used for small and a little middle meat factory.
