For sausage steaming, cooking ,smoking drying. sausage smokehouse, smoking and cooking oven

Two kinds :

1. Electrical heating ,no need boiler, all functions need electricity.
2. Steaming heating, in buyer’s plantshould have the steam boiler which produce high pressure steam , then have steam pressure reducer which make the high pressure to low pressure, then connect the smokehouse.
3. 

Smoking House is ontworpen voor roken, koken, bakken, drogen en schoonmaken.

Smoking House machine is volledig gemaakt van roestvrij staal SUS304.

Geavanceerde multifunctionele Smokehouse.

-Computergestuurde automatische bedieningsmodus: groot touchscreen. Parameters kunnen in één besturingsinterface worden weergegeven. PLC-gestuurd

-Verbinding maken met computer en printer die de rokerij op afstand kunnen besturen en de recepten, vochtigheid en temperatuur kunnen afdrukken. Er kunnen 100 recepten worden opgeslagen.
-Uniek luchtcirculatiesysteem, 
-Independent Smoking Generator or Smoking generator installed inside the door for 50kg’s smokehouse.

-Adopt advanced inner circulation smoking system that even can generate smoke in low oxygen state.
-Effectief automatisch reinigingssysteem

- binnenkant van de rokerij, zorg ervoor dat u de trolley heeft om de worst en het vleesproduct op te hangen.

- de klant kan zelf het stokje kiezen voor het ophangen van de worstenlijn

- 1/1 betekent dat de rokerij één deur en één trolley aan de binnenkant bevat.

- 1/2: één deur, twee trolleys erin

- 2/2: two door( front door for feed the uncooked product, the back door for final cooked product; two trolleys inside )

- 2/4: two doors, four trolleys inside

 Two kinds: one is that two doors are in the front,(square shape for the smokehouse)  the other is that front door, and back door.( channel shape)

• you can set the parameters on the touch screen, for the time, temperature, and humidity,alsocan monitored. For the steps, you also can set, for steaming and cooking step, smoking step, drying step, …
